Helpful Ways to Shrink Down Portion Sizes:
Use smaller bowls or plates when eating at home. This will allow you to better decide if you really need another serving (you probably don’t).
Eat slowly. This will allow your body to decide whether or not it’s full faster, which will prevent you from eating more than you need to.
Order the smallest size of whatever you’re getting when eating out, ordering at Starbucks, etc. This way, you’re not overdoing it and you’re saving money!
Share a regular size entree with a friend or date! If the two of you split the bill, you’re both saving money. This also allows you to eat only half of what you normally would, and if you’re eating slowly (and talking with your friend in between bites) you’ll feel just as full as you would if you’d eaten the whole serving yourself.

I get outside every chance I have because I always end up burning more cals, having more fun and just doing more when I’m in the sunshine! At home, at school, working out or sitting around, whatever you’re doing try bringing it outside! :)
